In the upcoming summer session (June-July), the selected artists will embark on developing the themes of nature, biological world and ecology through various contemporary visual media.
In September, their works will be presented in the Little Bird Place gallery in Sofia.
Curators and consultants during the residency and the final exhibition will be the art historians and curators Teodora Konstantinova and Radoslav Mehandzhiyski from Art & Culture Today (@art_and_culture_today).
We must note that our selection was difficult, as we received over 60 applications from many talented young artists. We are grateful for the great interest and we hope to have the opportunity for joint art projects in the future as well!
