“Food for clouds is a personal look dedicated to the ever-changing sky, whose clouds, similar to living organisms, seamlessly took large bites of every thought that the stomach rejected and the intestines moved in the rhythm of anxiety, in an attempt to digest what I experienced inside and around myself during my stay in the village of Leshten.

The influence of the sky, not only in what happens outside – in the landscape, but also in the healing penetration on the inside – in the body and soul, lives in the artworks through a form of a symbiosis between illustration and plastic art, testifying to its ability to fade borders and merge opposite fragments. The emotional “bites” of thoughts are recounted by the illustrations of close moments, late evenings and acquaintanceship. They travelled the country roads and found a place in the passing clouds helping me to make sense of them and look at them from a different angle…”, B. Mateeva
